Southwest Wake real estate office targets agent expansion in 2017
RALEIGH, N.C. – March 14, 2017 – Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the leading real estate company in the Triangle region, has appointed Holly Springs resident Amy Rogers as Assistant Manager and Broker-In-Charge of its Fuquay-Varina sales office located at 528 North Main Street. In operation since 2013 with 15 sales associates, Rogers will focus on doubling the real estate office’s team this year to serve even more homebuyers and sellers in the growing town and broader Southwest Wake County area.
“Amy is a proven leader and talented recruiter making her the ideal candidate to step into this important role at our Fuquay-Varina office,” said Bill Guy, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Vice President-Managing Broker for the Garner, Fuquay-Varina and Clayton offices. “Her 13-year real estate career has afforded her great insight into the industry and given her the ability to groom agents into top-producing sales associates. We are confident in her ability to succeed in this position.”
Rogers began her Triangle real estate career in 2004 specializing in new home and luxury property sales. A part of the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Fuquay-Varina real estate office at its inception, she served as a broker and business development manager overseeing the team’s sales volume and facilitating recruitment and training efforts. She transitioned to Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s corporate headquarters as Branch Marketing Coordinator in 2014 and was responsible for introducing and implementing the HPW University Program and providing hands-on-training to the company’s more than 800 real estate agents.
“With numerous new home communities underway in Fuquay-Varina and the surrounding area, there is great potential to grow our presence and strengthen our service offerings,” said Rogers. “We already have a talented team of agents in the office working with them to advance our community involvement and area partnerships for even more sales success.”
Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston’s Fuquay-Varina real estate office has partnered with area nonprofits like the Fuquay-Varina Emergency Food Pantry through the company’s HPW Foundation and Turkeys for the Triangle program. “We also support local businesses and organizations committed to the revitalization of the town through new development opportunities and the addition of community offerings such as greenway trails and parks,” added Rogers.
